After a successful 12-1 non-conference start, the fifth-ranked Texas A&M women’s basketball team looks to carry that momentum into Big 12 Conference play beginning with Colorado (9-4) on Jan. 8. Tipoff between the Aggies and the Buffaloes is set for 7 p.m. (CT) at Reed Arena. A&M is riding its longest winning streak of the season, a six-game stint, and is coming off of its largest margin of victory all season with a 105-57 rout of ULM on Tuesday. The Aggies are 6-0 in the comfortable confines of Reed Arena and welcome the Buffaloes who are searching for their first win away from home this season. Senior Danielle Adams leads A&M and the Big 12 with 22.6 points per game while senior Sydney Colson leads the team with 6.4 assists per game, which ranks second in the league. Texas A&M leads the conference and is in the top 10 nationally with 18.8 assists and 12.8 steals per game and a +11.1 turnover margin. US News  Paper
