Two suspicious packages have been found in Spokane in as many days. Fortunately for the good people there, the second one turned out to be a false alarm. But the first one was not.
The first package, a backpack bomb, was found along the parade route for Spokane's annual Unity March in honor of Martin Luther King Day. It was spotted before the parade started and nobody was hurt.
