Jan. 04--The Middlesboro Lady Jackets have found their groove. Monday's 49-38 win over Corbin was the fifth straight victory for Middlesboro after dropping their first three games of the season.
Coach Elgie Green says getting back to the full-court press has been a key to the turnaround.
"At the beginning of the season I didn't think would be able to press and run with teams," he said. "We've got probably the best group of shooters I've had so we stuck to the half-court those first three games and it wasn't working out for us." US News Paper
